My first very good impression of the resort was the welcome at the door by the staff and things got even better at the check-in, we were welcomed by even a bigger smile by Walé at the reception. We came early before the check-in time but she used her professional and genuine customer service approach to check us in early when she knew that we came from a long trip. I didn't get the same approach from another 5* hotel when I arrived early. Walé's kind assistance set up the mood for an excellent stay. My son and I loved our stay. WONDERFUL ❤️👌🙏

I had a great stay at this 5-star hotel in Dubai. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the pool and breakfast, which had plenty of good options. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back again.

A new hotel with good service. It's suitable for those traveling by car. The room view is of a construction site. Breakfasts are varied.

Excellent hotel, in an excellent location. Very nice rooms. Beautiful pool on the 3rd floor. Quite nice territory and a good beach. There are also disadvantages - there is construction near the pool on the street. Not noisy, not dusty, does not particularly interfere. But the sight of the crane certainly does not win. There are many activities on the beach, so there is always quite loud music. Lovers of a quiet holiday may not like it. Otherwise, great.
