The hotel is a 5 to 10-minute walk from MOE (Mall of the Emirates). The rooms are quite spacious, offering excellent value, especially during summer. There's a self-service laundry room, but be aware that laundry detergent is not provided, so you'll need to bring your own. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping with both luggage delivery and collection.

Employees are helpful and pleasant at all times. Rashood the housekeeper was excellent, always coming back to a clean room and at your service to provide a comfortable and clean environment throughout my stay. I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast buffet. Location 15 min walk from metro station Red line, 10min away from the international airport . Lots of restaurants and cafes that open late even 24 hrs nearby. There is a huge discounted mega store opposite. Overall, it was very convincing to go to the old town and gold souk.

The cleaning staff is really friendly, and everything is always spotless — big plus for that! However, I was honestly a bit shocked by how noisy it gets in the mornings. I often came back late from work, and almost every morning I was woken up by banging noises, like some kind of renovation or maintenance was going on. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to get enough rest. Overall, it’s a good hotel and you can definitely stay here, but the service could be improved, especially when it comes to noise. In general, not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
