Perfect hotel. The only bad thing about hotel is the service people and cleaning stuff they are very slow and not as they were before.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay due to the level of service. Almost every day something went wrong, and we constantly had to resolve issues ourselves. While the staff was generally polite, many problems required repeated reminders and took an unreasonable amount of time to fix. Room cleaning was often done after 4 p.m., which felt very unusual for a hotel in Dubai. In our previous stays in the city, housekeeping typically took place in the morning, often while guests were at breakfast. The quality of housekeeping was also inconsistent. Towels were frequently missing after cleaning, even though they were replaced daily. Each time we had to call and request them. In several cases, nothing happened after the first call, or even the second. Only after the third or fourth call were the requested items finally delivered, often an hour or more later. Overall, instead of relaxing, we spent too much time following up on basic service issues. This significantly affected our experience and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this level.

Amazing stay & guests experiences we had as a family of 6 person spending 2 nights at this beautiful & elegant hotel with splendid city view of Burj Khalifa. Our daughter's room was specially decorated for her birthday surprise on the day of check-in. We will return for our stay in next visit to Dubai. Great memories here!

Food quality is not good. A 5 stars hotel can provide much more better services rather than this. Food in the room was not good at all. Pasta & pizza rate is 1 out of 5. In general hotel cleanliness and services given are awesome but food needs to be looked at.
