The hotel is well located The staff is friendly Can’t really say much about the cleaning The gym looks abandoned The free wifi is very slow If you want a faster connection you need to pay extra which it shouldn’t be like that The washrooms need some maintenance But overall is a good stay Not so bad

Terrible ! The room is very bad. Hairdryers are broken! The wall of the bathtub is leaking. Room telephone is NoT working ! The technician said “ the bathtub is not for lying ! If I want to lay down , use the swimming pool.” They changed 2 rooms for me! Two rooms aren’t ok AT all! Kettle is Not working ! 电话坏掉。吹风机坏掉。浴缸坏掉。灯打不开！

This is an old but acceptable hotel. I believe it would be quite easy to maintain the rooms at a low cost. However, there is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. My suggestion is to use some chemical drain cleaner to help eliminate the smell.

The room is very smelly and dirty. Bathroom draining pipes are not working properly. I booked 2 nights but I stayed only 1 night. I can’t bear the room. Even if the hotel is not refunding my booking, I do really need to check out as I can’t sleep on smelly room anymore.

I liked this hotel but now i will not go there anymore: I booked for 2 persons, never paid extra in the past for my girlfriend. I change girlfriend every day. This time 1st time no extra, 2nd time I was charged for the visitor. No good. Its a pity because the hotel is affordable and in good position

We were assisted well by Ms. MeryAnn and Rachelle at the reception area.  However, I have noticed that the pillowcases at the room were not clean.

not professional service, dirty bathroom and the receptionist was not polite to the guests. In addition, it is always noisy in the evening due to the nightclub on the ground floor.

The hotel is good . Near Dubai mall ,by taxi around 30 AED . Breakfast is good .But ,no Chinese food.

Rooms seem outdated. Room service is very very late. They told me free small water bottles and paid large bottles in room but there were only large bottles. Indian guy at reception was friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I had to wait over two hours to check in, finally getting my room at 5:30 PM, despite arriving at 2:30 PM. The room itself had issues, such as a faulty shower pipe that wasn't fixed until I called the reception three times. Additionally, housekeeping removed our towels on the second day and did not replace them, leaving us with only one towel for two people, despite notifying the reception. These issues made my stay unpleasant,wrong choosing in my life. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
