Beautiful and relaxing place to stay at! The Retreat hotel delivered to its greater standards, it is just the place to stay if you want to relax while enjoying Dubai.

Peaceful and comfortable hotel. I prefer this hotel to the nearest one; it has a better pool zone and no construction on the first shoreline. You should choose a sea view if you don't want to hear construction on the other side of the building closer to the boardwalk. Breakfast is good, but you get used to it pretty fast. Local restaurants are okay, but I wouldn't highly recommend them; it's better to get some deliveries. To drive from Palma, you'd better get a taxi or hotel transfer, or book a car—the hotel has a local parking spot. As of January '26, the monorail doesn't work.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were well furnished, well designed and clean. Restaurant and Buffet food was excellent. Service 2nd to none... even provided us with breakfast at 5am so we could eat on the way to the airport... going beyond whats expected is rare these day. All round excellent stay... Thank you.

This resort is located at Palm Jumeirah and has private beach access. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is a bit small.

There is a construction site near it, but the staff are friendly and there is a little welcoming gift when we arrived.

Complaint about poor service and inhumane treatment I accidentally made my hotel reservation for July 1, 2025, instead of the correct date, June 1, 2025, when I had planned my vacation. When I discovered this, I immediately contacted the hotel to change the booking. Unfortunately, I received no assistance whatsoever. The manager was unfriendly and refused my request without any empathy or flexibility. There was absolutely no understanding of the situation. Instead, I got the feeling that the hotel was only interested in money, without any humanity or customer focus. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely ruined my vacation. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise against it.
