There were no toiletries set in the room ,we waited for over 30mins to check in,Even after waiting that long they didn't send anyone to make anything right in the room We asked to modify the room and honestly nothing was done could say

I am not satisfied with the attitude of the staff, even the usual things are not available in the apartment (no brushes, no slippers inside)

The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai which was acceptable if you have work in the Academic City; however, I didn’t like the fact that they charge you for a bottle of water after the complimentary one!!!! I don’t think I will be in any chance booking again with them in future. They really need to reconsider their services to attract more guests.

I ask reception to i need water and they forget to send it.

I booked king bed but when i arrived there i see its queen bed and when i talked to them they made to bed closer to each other dont trust this hotel and their bookings - when i was sleeping at night i was about to fall in middle of beds many times and they didnt even say sry for that

Very bad experience..ac in our room not working..they shift us to another room with noisy one high speed fan..shower drain blocked..balcony closed..we forget staff at our room which is not found by housekeeping..so disappointed from that hotel
