We have multiple types of rooms in our hotel with creek view & more luxury, and it is bookable through all distribution channels. Room pictures are updated properly against each room types in all channels. Our hotel is classified as 4-star as per the standards of local regulations and majority of our guests rate our location, quality of services and value offered as being amongst the best in class. Our guest relations team was in regular touch with you during your stay and we didn’t hear any service issues from you. The only concern we heard from you is you need room with creek view and our team guided you with upgrade option to higher category rooms with minimum charges, but you decided to stay in your booked room category. We would also like to clarify that our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, as stated on the booking voucher. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
