Palace Dubai Creek Harbour truly lives up to its five-star reputation. From outstanding customer service and warm hospitality to its prime location and impeccable cleanliness, every aspect ensures a memorable stay. The staff go above and beyond, showing great attention to detail and care for guests’ needs. A big shoutout to Julie, Modest, the reception and breakfast team for their exceptional warmth and attentiveness. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and only wish we had more time to explore everything the hotel has to offer. We’ll definitely be returning for a longer visit!

Very nice stay at this hotel, room very comfy with good isolation. It was very calm, bed very comfy The acess to the lagoon at Vida creek beach was nice as the hotel swimming pool is small Staff was welcoming and helpful Would book again for an other stay

The service - exelent. The food on the breakfast could have been a little better. The prices in spa (massage) are too high.
