Mercure Dubai Deira

The hotel's location is excellent, just over 100 meters from the Green Line metro station. There's a supermarket nearby, and the Gold Souk is only a fifteen-minute walk away. It's quiet, clean, and the service is great. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is great, right outside the subway station, and the facilities are relatively new. However, the room cleaning is absolutely terrible. For several days, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. There was dirt on the bathroom wall. After I complained, someone came to take pictures, but unbelievably, it still wasn't cleaned the next day, and the dirt was still stuck on the wall. Plus, they forgot to provide bath towels for two consecutive days. Even worse, one night I returned late to my non-smoking room only to find a strong smell of smoke. When I complained, the hotel said they could only offer a room change, but it was so late and we had a lot of luggage, so we didn't want to move. The hotel refused to offer any compensation. After complaining to Ctrip, their attitude was excellent, and they provided compensation, so Ctrip is definitely trustworthy. But the cleaning issue at this hotel is truly severe. Also, the curtains were full of dust.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and I was even upgraded to a better room – I was so happy! All the staff here are very welcoming. The hotel is new and in a fantastic location, just a minute's walk from the subway station. There's also a convenience store and a coffee shop right downstairs, which is super convenient.
