The hotel was okay, but the room could have been cleaner and better maintained. The service was average, and the overall experience was a little disappointing.

The junior suit looked very beautiful and clean,but had cigarette smell lingering which made us uncomfortable since we don’t smoke.

They take 15 dirhams from the customer at the hotel, and therefore they are not entitled to it because they paid in full through the application.

Absolutely amazing. 🥰🥰🥰 Very clean and relaxing. There are a lot of stores outside the hotel, which is very convenient and near to the Mall of the Emirates.

Very clean hotel in a convenient location, walkable to a big mall as well as the Mall of the Emirates metro station. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are various little shops and eateries within walking distance. The breakfast was an extra 35 dirhams and included the basics such as eggs, toast, pastries, cereals, tea & coffee and some limited fruits.

Service was good but rooms are a bit dated. There was a lingering small of cigarette smoke. Room was slightly noisy with traffic noise. But the staff was very friendly and professional and supportive. It was warm hospitality. I would go back despite the slight challenges

Nice hotel, great location near the mall, easy to get a careem or Uber in seconds. Friendly staff always smiling and asking about my day and helpful. Fyi there is also an Afghanistan restaurant on the diagonal across the road that has awesome and cheap food with also great service, id stay here again no problem
