Purchased the yacht - turns out it was an ‘onshore room” (apartment close to marina)
It was a decent apartment but not what I thought I purchased and feel the advert was misleading.

It was really relaxing and peaceful on the yacht. I enjoyed the time with my family. Just had a minor issue where in ac was not working for brief period before someone has to fix it. Considering it's summer, it could have been checked before hand. Overall satisfied with view, good food and ambience.
