Great location, overlooking Burj Khalifa. I loved that there is a regular shuttle bus going to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Kite Beach. Friendly hotel staff, spacious clean room. I just wished the hotel cleans the window more frequently, as the windows were really murky and affected the beautiful view.

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

The location of the hotel still can be accepted with some eateries. Service staff are good. However on the last day, concierge initially wanted AED90 but agreed to have AED80 to transfer me to another hotel. When arrived, driver said AED80 and service AED10. I paid AED90 as I think is not much. I just felt my experience stay could be better.

The stay was comfortable and warm , loved the welcome drink and appreciated the section for comfort or delivery boys, an extra effort of humanity in hospitality. Thanks to Addy for helping me plan the itinerary and akshay for giving me a good view room. Must recommend for families and people who want to visit bhurj khalifa.
