非常滿意的入住體驗，我們住了7天 聽網友建議選的B塔 給的5202 風景非常好
雖然房間設施比較舊一點 但是這些在酒店完美的各項服務上，真的是不值一提，從第一天到達酒店門口到最後一天退房 他們的服務都是一流的 找不出任何瑕疵 一到酒店門口就有很多服務人員給開門 拿行李送上樓
再就是早餐非常豐富 真的是各國口味應有盡有 7天也沒有吃膩
泳池就更不用説了 泳池對面就是世界第一高樓-杜拜塔 適合拍照打卡
更方便的是每個整點都有去杜拜茂的車 正好停在大門口 上樓就是中國城 吃飯遛娃都很方便
酒店外面就是business bay 很適合飯後散步 環境非常好
酒店內部的餐廳 這次試了兩個 泰國餐廳和意大利餐廳 都比較好 沒有踩雷
總之非常滿意 下去還會選擇這個酒店

Location: not nearby Metro but it is very convenient to call Uber or taxi, have shuttle bus to Dubai mall
Hotel is nearby the river, can take a walk at night ,enjoy the city and the weather ☺️
Service: good, nice, staffs are friendly😄
Room: got a deluxe king size room, comfy and comfortable. However, the pillows are too soft. Room includes all amenities.
Facilities: pool, gym room are nice

The room itself and the location were perfect. However, I had a very unpleasant experience at check-in due to a mistake made by Trip.com staff.
I had requested a name change in advance, but the staff entered my name incorrectly in the system. As a result, the hotel could not locate my booking, and I was forced to wait at the front desk for a very long time. Only after considerable delay did they finally discover that my booking was under the wrong name.
This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it was extremely unprofessional. I sincerely hope Trip.com will improve its handling of customer information to prevent this from happening to other guests.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at Jw Marriott Marquis Dubai for their warm hospitality, politeness, and outstanding service. A few staff members who made our stay memorable include Alex at the bell desk, who was very helpful and provided clear directions; James at the front desk, who was courteous and friendly during check-in; Rahim at La Farine, who surprised my mom with a birthday cake and was very attentive throughout our dinner; and Sir Mark and Miss Angelie from Guest Relations, who made my mom’s birthday celebration truly special.

Hotel treated us so well we extended our stay by another 2 nights. Room was big and service across was excellent in our entire time there. Big shoutout to Sultan, Shahina n Jan De Leon at the front desk and also Gourav from concierge. They were really helpful during our stay there.

I have always had absolute confidence in Marriott Hotels. This time, sending my child to start school in the UK with lots of luggages, and stopping over in Dubai for five days. The facilities were perfect, no need to mention. Every bellboy who helped with our five suitcases had a big smile and moved quickly. They even remembered my surname despite us coming and going constantly—very grateful! Looking forward to staying here again the next time I visit Dubai!
