Dream Inn Dubai-Palm Island Retreat Villa

I have to start from the beginning of our sadly, terrible experience with Dream Inn “luxury” villa stay. The 6 bedroom villa was booked for 3 nights, in the price of average 4000aed per night. When we arrived to the villa, the first impression was dirty garden, dirty furniture with stains that nobody would sit on, especially not in their swimsuit. The villa doesn’t have half of the furniture and decor that is in the photos. The villa is very old and not being taken care of at all. Numerous bulbs are not working in the house, A/C is not working in few rooms, there’s only 1 small towel per toilet, in the kitchen there is absolutely no cleaning supplies. So if you are coming for a holiday, make sure you bring ALL your cleaning products with you, the fridge is the size enough for 2 people max, and the villa has 6 bedrooms. Imagine if 12 people should put the food in that fridge. Absolutely ridiculous and cheap! There is Nespresso machine, however no capsules. You can buy the capsules from them for the price is 40aed for 10 capsules ( double price of Nespresso 😂 ). Second day they left clean sheets and towels in from of the garage door on the floor, without informing us about it. After we raised all the complaints, they sent maintenance men at 9pm while we were having dinner just to “inspect” what needs to be fixed. When we spoke with the “manager” of Dream Inn Holidays, he stated: “You payed for cheaper villa and this is what you get.” Literally word by word! He also stated: “ If you payed more expensive luxury villa for 6-7k a night you would have got better villa.” Don’t know if I need to say anything more. The most disgusting experience, cheap and poor management, ripping people off big time for this amount of money. Dream Inn Holiday you are disgusting!
