The location is excellent for tourism but not ideal for business. I had to wait until the official check-in time of 3 PM, but the front desk still couldn't process my check-in because the room wasn't ready. After more than half an hour and several reminders, I was finally able to check in. The hotel hallway had a strong, artificial fragrance, while the room's air felt stale, and the windows were sealed shut. The view from the window, however, was nice. During my seven-night stay, towels and other amenities were frequently missing, requiring me to call the lobby for replacements. On the second day, a fruit plate was delivered, and the empty plate remained in the room for several days despite housekeeping. Although it's a four-star hotel, the overall service was lacking. The buffet restaurant had leaks and broken glassware left uncleared due to a shortage of staff. I'd recommend it for tourists, but not for business travelers. The view from the room is indeed captivating…

Excellent value for money! The breakfast was good, and the rooftop offers an unbeatable view of the city center skyline. While it's not super close to the Old City, it's still an easy 15-minute walk.

Highly recommended. Manager Mr. Divi Chandran is very helpful so the same to his friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Free parking is provided. The river next to it has a great view. I did my yoga on the rooftop poolside.

Excellent room, very nice and good view. Amenities are good. But the toilet set up is not user friendly. The sink design allows for water to splash everywhere and there's not much convenient space to place my toiletries. There no power plug in the toilet as well to shave / dry hair. The hotel breakfast was good though.
