The room facilities are a bit dated; the TV even had ghosting. The free airport shuttle every 30 minutes was very convenient. I saw reviews saying the breakfast was great, but honestly, it wasn't even as good as a typical business hotel in China. It completely shattered my perception of Dubai hotel breakfasts. An Ibis breakfast is better than this. Experience it for yourselves.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport every half hour. The room was very small, the air conditioning was noisy, and the windows were sealed shut. Breakfast was mediocre. It's tolerable for one night if you're just catching a flight.

① Location: Very convenient, it's only a 10-minute ride on the hotel shuttle bus. We arrived at Terminal 1 at the airport; you just exit, turn right, and you'll find the waiting area for various hotel shuttle buses. There aren't many signs at the T1 waiting area (T3 seems to have proper bus stops), so you can ask staff for directions. This hotel's shuttle runs every half hour, which is great, and it's easy to spot with clear hotel branding (blue/black background + logo + a small trailer for luggage). ② Room facilities: Standard for a budget hotel. Surprisingly, you can't hear the planes, but noise from the adjacent room and outside the door was quite noticeable. We also found a small cockroach in the bathroom. ③ Other services: Breakfast was decent, with some Middle Eastern touches. It depends on personal preference, but you'll definitely be able to fill up. The hotel also offers shuttle bus routes to other attractions (see image two below). Booked three months in advance, it was about 600-700 per night. As a hotel for arrival or a layover, it's quite suitable, especially since you can take the hotel shuttle to the airport to catch the metro for further travel.

Transiting through Dubai and needed an overnight stay, so I booked a hotel near the airport. After exiting Terminal 3, I followed the 'hotel shuttle bus' signs which led me to a parking lot to wait for the shuttle. My friend and I landed in the evening, went to the Burj Khalifa first, and then caught the last metro back to the airport. By the time we got to the shuttle parking, it was already past midnight. To be honest, there weren't any signs in the parking lot indicating which hotels provided shuttles, where they'd stop, or at what times. It made me quite doubtful if I was even waiting in the right spot in the middle of the night. I called the hotel, and the front desk just told me to wait, assuring me the bus would arrive within half an hour. It ended up taking about 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. They mentioned that the schedule isn't fixed, but it comes roughly every half hour – it felt quite random. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom furnishings were a bit basic. There wasn't a bath mat in the shower, and the only towels provided were bath towels; no hand towels for your face either. Breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, but it had all the essentials. Overall, it was neither particularly good nor bad. As an overnight hotel for a layover, the value for money was decent.

The stay at Holiday Inn was pleasant. It provides a free shuttle to the airport every half an hour. A good selection for breakfast. The room floor is not carpeted and no slippers provided. Please bring your own. There is a Emirates Co-op hypermarket next to the hotel as well as Dominos Pizza. Value for money during Trip.com promotion.

Booked a double room, but it was too small, and the double bed was also very narrow. I haven't stayed in other rooms, so I'm not sure about them. However, breakfast was decent with a good variety. It's fine for international business travelers.

You can find the hotel shuttle bus in the parking lot to the right, just outside Terminal 1 in Dubai. The hotel is right across the street, but you have to go around a long way to get there. Check-in was very easy, and the breakfast was plentiful. A new supermarket has opened nearby for shopping, but there aren't many dining options around, so it's best to eat before coming back to the hotel each day. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so it's recommended to bring your own.

The hotel is relatively close to Terminal 3, but it's not convenient to walk, so it's better to wait for the shuttle bus. The only downside is the waiting time can be a bit long. The breakfast is decent; it's enough to fill you up, but I wouldn't say it's exceptional.

Honestly, it's quite a step down from similar Holiday Inn Express hotels back home in China. The room is tiny, the furniture is dated, and the bathroom is really basic. And for all that, it costs over 1,300 RMB a night! Guess there's nothing to be done about it when you're in a place like the UAE. China really is better!

This hotel is one of the best choices for transit and short-stay travelers. Its biggest advantage is the 24-hour shuttle bus, which is super convenient. The pick-up spot is right outside the arrival gate, on the right-hand side. The shuttle bus was a lifesaver this time, especially with all our luggage. Plus, the hotel's breakfast is incredibly varied and delicious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm transiting through Dubai.

Unreliable shuttle bus service and helpless when waiting at the shuttle bus stop at the airport during mid-night. Finally got onto the shuttle bus after waiting 50mins and it took my family arriving the so-call nearby hotel from airport for 2hrs after getting off the plane. No follow-up even making complaint via Trip.com or the given email. Only a single visit to Dubai and definitely no next time, just quite disappointed about the Holiday Inn group.
