I arrived qith high hopes that with a brand name such as hyatt will give a sastifactory in hospitality but in return receive extortion duress and unplesant check in process. The hotel force to pay additional cost on top the daily hotel stay. The additional cost is gala dinner night which cost aed1200 per person whichbis obsurb. I told the story to the local people and they said they aware the hptel reputation already bad and worse in the hotel industry. I regreted make a booking which not realize the staffs have no empathy and no human touch. The hotel manager name Ali is really rude and no empathy and no hospitality. Worse ask more money from me for the forcing gala night. I been to more expensive hotel and this is far from hospitability. More to extortion. The reception ask and want to check my personal phone to see my booking T&C. Which no indication about the gala night. The hotel manager and reception ask me deal direct with the app ibam booking and do not want to help further. Again regret and i am very dissappointed the hospitality and greet given upon. Most upset my children was with me and we waited more than 3 hours with no curtesy asking how are. Thruth is Do not go to the hotel as 1. Rwally bas service, 2. Very old and ugly hotel, 3. I see them as scammer and full of deceive.
