I am very happy with my stay in this iconic hotel. The staff was very friendly. We had some delay during the check-in (around 1 hour). Honestly, We didn't like that.

The location of this hotel is very convenient just a few steps to metro station with excellent facilities. All hotel staff are friendly and very helpful with high efficiency work. The buffet breakfast is a good quality with a great variety. We did enjoy stay in this hotel for 3 days and strongly recommend it to all travellers without any hesitation!

The hotel is conveniently situated near DIFC and has a direct air conditioned link to the metro station. My stay was absolutely pleasant and the staff were meticulous and professional in their service, attending to every detail. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a scenic view of the city.

Helpful staff - the check in was smooth, although bor check out the "pending hold" has still not been released despite it being 3 weeks since I have checked out so it's getting me a bit worked up! I wish the gym and pool was not under renovation because I would have enjoyed those especially on hot days!

Great experience to stay. However, swimming pool is not easy to use when it comes to changing suit. Only one person can use the changing room. Except that, the Hotel was brilliant. also Every staff is really kind.
