Great 5 star Hotel. Room are great, nice view surrounded by good restaurants . Slightly far away to the new town area, while I have to go to the old town area; even though a small front desk not as grand as it looks.

The hotel definitely needs renovation, I really enjoyed the view, I think if you’re staying if you’re staying for one or 2 nights, it’s OK.

Perfect Holiday Trip.com was excellent, handling all issues throughout and guaranteeing the lowest price globally. The hotel has an old money vibe, and the wet sauna was particularly great. The honeymoon suite was fantastic. Breakfast was quite good. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights. The location is convenient and the service is excellent. We received a welcome drink upon check-in, and they were very accommodating in assigning us our preferred room type. Turndown service was provided on the first night, and the breakfast was also very generous.

This hotel is conveniently located near Financial Street, and its facilities and services are all excellent.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time my son walked by the front desk, they'd offer him juice. Once, my son asked for a rubber band to play with, and the staff member brought him a whole big bundle – it was hilarious! 😂 The overall decor has an 'old money' vibe, and the lobby is adorned with many humorous takes on classic oil paintings. Most of the guests coming and going seemed to be business elites. There's a metro station right outside the door, and it's quite close to Dubai Mall – you can actually walk there. The only minor downsides are that the facilities are slightly dated (though still perfectly fine), and driving is a real pain. Because it's so central, you can get stuck in traffic for half an hour right outside the hotel during peak morning and evening hours (no exaggeration!).

This Ritz-Carlton is more suited for business travel, lacking much of a family-friendly, vacation vibe. Overall, it maintains a high-end luxury tone, with a classic opulent feel. Hygiene and service are excellent; the staff is professional, enthusiastic, and responsive. The rooms are well-maintained and fully equipped, and the spa experience is fantastic. The breakfast offers a rich variety of fresh ingredients. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Overall, it's a solid high-end accommodation – a safe bet for business trips! The location is great, near the Trade Center.

It was ok not the greatest and I was assigned a room on the 4th floor despite having booked a higher category which was supposed to be on 6th and higher

A fantastic hotel to stay. The amenities and facilities are outstanding. But the staff and the willingness to accommodate the guests are to a different level. Thank you for the kind understanding and for making my stay an awesome one. Definitely a comeback to.
