This time in Dubai, I chose the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations – definitely worth a five-star recommendation! The hotel location is very convenient, close to Dubai Creek and Wafi Mall, and getting to the airport and major city attractions was also very smooth. The lobby is grand and elegant; as soon as you walk in, you can feel the consistent high quality of Hyatt. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in. They were very friendly and thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and provided tips for getting around the area. The room was spacious and bright, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing and air conditioning were excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a full range of amenities – the attention to detail was outstanding. The breakfast selection was rich, offering Chinese, Western, and Middle Eastern specialties. The ingredients were fresh, and the restaurant environment was very pleasant. The pool area was relaxing and comfortable, and the gym was well-equipped, perfect for maintaining a workout routine while traveling. The afternoon tea and happy hour at the Executive Lounge were also high quality, with meticulous and thoughtful service. I especially want to thank all the hotel staff for their attentive care. They always greeted me with a smile, making me truly feel at home. Whether for business travel or a vacation, this is a highly recommended hotel in Dubai. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai, highly recommended!

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel because the rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. However, I feel the hotel could be more generous with its provision of basic amenities, particularly by supplying sufficient toilet rolls dail, as its customary at other Hyatt Hotels. The hotel itself is beautiful with a spacious eye-catching reception area that creates a welcoming ambienc. Overall, it remains a lovel place ro sta, and little more attention to these small details would further enhance the guest experience.

I used this hotel for an early morning arrival and a late-night departure. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with breakfast arrangements. The venue was also spacious, and I never had to wait. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Good hotel and facilities it would have been nice if main pool was open, other amenities were good

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We initially stayed in a room overlooking Dubai Creek, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing, and we genuinely had a great night’s sleep. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to thank Khadija at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. After our first night, the hotel contacted us and explained that they needed to vacate our floor due to an operational matter. They handled the situation professionally by upgrading us to a much larger room at no additional cost. The new room was significantly more spacious, although it overlooked the city rather than the creek. There was some noise from pool maintenance work on Saturday morning, but the hotel was quiet again on Sunday. We appreciated the upgrade and the way the team handled the room change. One of the things that impressed me most was the speed of the service. Every request we made was handled very quickly, making this one of the fastest hotels I have experienced in terms of guest service and responsiveness. The lobby is elegant, the location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. Valet parking was not available during our stay, and a few of the hotel’s restaurants were also closed. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again. The Hyatt group has always been reliable in my experience. I have stayed at several Hyatt properties both inside and outside the UAE, and they have consistently maintained a very good standard.

Negative: Apparent wear and tear of furniture. Bare minimum toiletries in the Bathroom. No pen or papers on the desk. Room service charged me dhs 30/- for a small bucket of ice which was horrendous! Positive: Mohammed Ghassa on front desk was genuinely helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is decent. The swimming pool wasn’t working and had half board but the trick was you need to eat early dinner otherwise you have to pay. Breakfast was good and ample choice. The room top restaurant pub has a superb view and the place is a decent place near the center .. around 10 mins away from dubai malls.

Breakfast was poor but dinner was amazing. Also, the Indian guy at the front desk was very helpful. I forgot his name though.

Hotel is clean and good but the only problem is the bed is very hard which made it hard to sleep in

I was already staying for 1 week but since the service and room are great, I decided to extend one more day.

Very well maintained hotel. Excellent building construction. Each and every facility is perfect. Staff so much courteous.

The facilities are very good, the buffet is very good, the hotel location is near to the most famous landmarks in Dubai, the staff are friendly & helpful.
