No hot water in the bathroom. After a cold shower when I told reception they aid I was supposed to flip a switch. No sign on the switch and the management are not professional enough to tell guests that it was necessary. And unfortunately I didn't have my psychic abilities activated to know what I should do. Normally one does not expect to have to switch the hot water on. So at least I had a nice hot shower the next morning. However when I returned to the room in the evening I found the bathroom floor soaking and dangerously slippery with a heating element lying on the floor. Apparently someone had been sent to repair the hot water system - which was working perfectly well - and had decided that the functioning heater needed replaced. I had asked to speak with the manager the first evening but she was not professional enough to get in touch. The second evening she had already left until 9am the next morning, so apparently if anyone needs to speak to a manager outside office hours the facility is not capable of providing that. Great location but frankly not worth the hassle when they can't deal with a basic issue.

My stay at Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments was delightful. Maria, the executive staff at reception, was exceptionally helpful, kind, and displayed impeccable behavior. The facilities, service, and staff exceeded expectations. The hotel’s central location provided easy access to key areas. The breathtaking views of the future of the museum, prominent buildings, and Sheikh Zayed Road added to the charm. City view rooms offered a mesmerizing nighttime experience, while the sunrise and sunset views from sea view rooms were truly magical. A memorable blend of comfort and spectacular vistas.

Good space appartement but very VERY basic. No bed lamps, new shower gel takes asking reception, phone doesn’t work, toilet extremely small. But biggest disappointment is the internet. You get internet but NOTHING works. When receiving emails it stops (both on phone and laptop), watching something online is able but for 30 seconds before it freezes, etc etc. I’m here for work and need good internet. This accommodation does not have is. For me never again! I went to restaurant in the hotel and they gave me another network. Flawless internet. But back to my room, nothing. No communication with family abroad possible online except for calling. Come on…I’m paying 300 euros a night. It is 2023. We are in Dubai. Ah, we are in Dubai. That might explain a bit. Outside looks western, but actually they aren’t there yet. Not from my money. Next time I will be going to a western hotel chain again. Always staid in fe Pullman and never complaints. Do not go to this hotel when you are younger than 70 and need internet.

Kudos to Michael in Front Desk- he is the same person who also assisted me last year during my first visit. He is very accommodating and has positive vibe. Housekeeping and bellboy were also friendly. Clean and spacious room with perfect view overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road. Will definately come back again.

The apartment is basic and the reception is run down. Ha d to ask for kettle, iron and hair dryer, slippers, and so on as nothing is in the room that should be there but the cleaners are helpful and bring what is needed. The hygiene is not good. The sofa was stained , sheets had patches on them. Plugs are broken and unfixed. Room has only one bed lamp and one dim light. Very dark. U can hear very loud water gushing in the wall if next door has a shower and it wakes u up at night. Tv channels don’t work and no one fixed it. Positive feed back is you have a washing machine and a dryer. A good breakfast as it combined with the hotel and location is amazing. Its is next to metro and restaurants.
