I received a complimentary room upgrade during the summer low season. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity! The photos are just a screenshot from a video I sent my boyfriend to invite him over. I was planning to go out afterward but the room was so nice that I wanted him to come over instead💕

Excellent hotel with great service, the only downside was the intermittent Wi-Fi.

This is a really good hotel, located right by the metro. The front desk staff are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The security guards are friendly, as is the lifeguard at the pool. Housekeeping cleans every day. If you need anything brought to your room, they respond quickly. The food is delicious with a wide selection. We were very happy with our stay.

Everything was terrible. There is construction nearby, clubs, and constant noise from cars. Sleeping at night is simply impossible. The service is at rock bottom. I asked to change the room so I could sleep peacefully, but they refused. Dinner was a disaster: the food was cold, and the only drink available was water. There was basically nothing to eat. I came for breakfast, but there was no food left at all, so I had to leave without eating anything. In the end, I realized I couldn’t stay in this hotel for more than one night and left the next day. So if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with good service and proper hospitality, this is definitely not it. Everything here is bad, and the staff clearly doesn’t care or make any effort to help.

Good hotel. Spacious room. The bathroom isn't luxurious, but it's not bad either. The hotel is clean and close to the metro. Good value for money.
