I don’t recommend this hotel, I will not use it again the breakfast is second to none

Facilities: Old, small, and rundown. Cleanliness: Absolutely no cleaning service provided. Service: Non-existent; they even charged extra for water. The room rate is completely disproportionate to the actual experience, offering terrible value for money. Nearby hotels at the same price point are significantly better. I strongly advise against staying here.

Starting past 11 PM, the noise from a KTV or some kind of club on the ground floor was so loud that I couldn't sleep. This typically went on until around 4 AM.

Not good and old

The older lady at reception is rude. My towel was taken and not replaced. The toilet does not flush properly. There is a cooling system, no AC in the room, takes a long time to cool the room down. The room had a bug in it. No good lighting in the bedroom. Light broken in the bathroom.I only stayed a few days, if my stay was longer, i would have cancelled my hotel booking and gone elsewhere. The location, its between 2 metro stations, union and al-rigga. I would not stay here again

Close to metro, which was my main objective. Just stayed one night solo Traveler. Rooms were not clean, low lighting, and zero soundproofing. Could hear everything from the room next door and outside. Would not book again.

I believe when the hotel was first built it should be good. However, they didn’t managed very well over the years. My first room with a strong odor and old carpet. More sadly they gave me two single beds both of the mattress had a problem from the button area. You will suck in. They helped me to change to next door. Then the nightmare happened. Before midnight someone knocked my door twice. Then 0:30 and 2:30am again. I am very sure the hotel allow someone who were doing s** service come in and go. I didn’t expect those people would so persistent to knocked my door 4 times and even in the early morning! What a shame! This is what they post on the outside of their building. Maybe I chose the wrong location. But don’t chose this hotel.

Very strategic location close to the night market, the room condition is quite clean and comfortable but a little noisy because it is outside the night market

No hygiene and very old hotel

The room was okay. Everything is okay. The staff are kind and accommodating.

The hotel is too Noisy and I think they don't care much about Customer service ... Very Average location of course you get what you pay.
