Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira

Everything about my stay was excellent, and I really appreciated the service and support from the staff. The only issue was that very late at night, there was a water drainage problem in the bathtub and washroom. Apart from this, everything was excellent.

Very disappointed with stopover at Ramada. They have not got the very basics of hospitality right. They have a discotheque in the basement which to me on the highest floor (5) seemed as though it was coming from next door. Totally not had a wink of sleep! When I complained to the ******** who was definitely from the land of the pharoahs his attitude was one of ignorant disregard, how did he end up as Fromt desk manager at Ramada? Bottom line people avoid like the plague and save yourself from this establishment and go elsewhere and pay for your sleep. P.s. is this simply a sign of the pits the whole area has found itself in currently?

We checked in late because there were no ready rooms.and they told us to wait more than one hour after 4 pm But instead of putting this in mind they cut off the current from the root at 12 pm And our check out was mentioned at 1300 pm in the *********** and the booking e mail !!!!
