The rooms are absolutely beautiful and truly feel designer-made. I especially loved that each room has its own unique textile design and different decorative details, which gives every room its own character. The interiors are stylish, distinctive, and very beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience with the service at the reception was completely different. We encountered several issues, and I was very disappointed with the way they were handled. The level of service and attitude at the reception did not match the quality and standard I expected from this hotel. It is especially disappointing because the hotel itself is genuinely beautiful and has so much potential, but the problems with the reception service unfortunately spoiled the overall impression of our stay.

The bedding in the room is extremely comfortable, with the consistent luxurious Versace style. The king room and twin room are connected yet provide privacy, making it perfect for families with children. The corridors feature various styles of silk scarves and paintings, adding a touch of artistry.

My first impression was how excellent the service was. The room was bright with a beautiful sunset view over the sea. The pool and private beach offered stunning sea sunrises. Breakfast was also quite varied. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation.

This is my second stay at the Palazzo Versace Hotel; my first visit was a long time ago in the Gold Coast, Australia. The hotel service is excellent, and the atmosphere is both grand and comfortable. I recommend choosing a poolside room, as city-view rooms face a construction site. The pools are fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide range of food choices. Please note that the nearby traffic is often busy; I experienced a significant traffic jam during my stay.

The hotel is luxurious and comfortable, with warm and attentive staff. Even in the early hours of the morning, the service staff didn't slack off. We encountered some issues during our stay, but the duty manager was quick to coordinate and resolve them. Breakfast was just average; the food, facilities, and service staff all need improvement.

Amazing stay

(I am the wife of guest Salem) I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful reception staff, Aisha (from Morocco) and Manisha (from India). They upgraded our room on the second day after we complained about the first room (it was very bad, to the point we felt like whoever chose it for us wanted to punish us). A staff member named Wajdi had told us there were no other rooms available.

Took my daughter to the hotel for her birthday this past weekend, and we had a great experience. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, which made my little one very happy. We booked a connecting room, where two rooms are linked by a small foyer, which was a clever design, allowing family members to stay together while still having their own space. The room itself was quite distinctive, with Versace brand cups and amenities, showing great attention to detail and a real sense of quality. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, perfect for family trips or celebrating special occasions.

It's quite a stylish hotel. I had been wanting to stay there for years and finally got to experience it this time. It was decent, and even though it wasn't great value for money, it was still an experience. My biggest gripe is the breakfast; it was terrible, and there wasn't even a decent coffee machine.
