Breakfast not the wooow but okay and in the night fire alarm went off and all of us went down to the reception then it was known that do to candle used in the club down stairs the fire alarm went off🤦♂️. The egyption reception guy very helpful and supportive.

Absolutely fantastic! Brilliant staff and the rooms were always tidied when we were away. Breakfast is also very good and lots of options to try. There is a swimming pool also which we used and that was great too!

Overall experience is good. But can improve more. I'm okay with the price during winter time eventhough a bit high than summer time.

Great rooms, though the furniture is a bit dated, but that's compensated by how spacious the room is! ☺️ Daily cleaning, fresh towels, and replenishment of everything like water, etc. We really enjoyed everything. The staff was unobtrusive and responded promptly to our requests, thank you so much! We'd love to come back. 💖

My first night at this hotel was great overall. I just didn't have time to swim, and I was so envious watching the Westerners leisurely sunbathing. The room had a sofa and a large bed. There's a bar right next to the hotel, but I never went in. The breakfast selection was decent, though I still prefer Chinese breakfast – a lot of it looked good but wasn't very practical for me. There were many Indian and Pakistani guests staying there. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

They scammed me $769.80 HKD and didn’t refund me the guarantee deposit and overcharged me 333.40 AED instead of 265.05 AED which was the price of the night The hotel front desk staff was hostile and rude and gave me attitude when checking in and deliberately overcharged me… when I asked when it would be refunded, he ignored me and refused to help and said to call your agent not my problem
