Completely unprofessional team, poor service quality, and no proper support. The entire experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. Confirmed King size bed but given single seprated beds which completely uncomfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. After requesting multitime no one supported in this matter.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Barceló Al Jaddaf! My overall experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is great, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. Some staff members are absolute stars, especially Danny and Thew at BHeaven Restaurant, Lifeguard Malindu by the pool, Osama on the front desk and Sally and Magda at the buffet restaurant. These individuals are genuine gems of the hotel. They love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. They are real assets to Barceló Al Jaddaf and deserve every bit of recognition and support!

Excellent services This hotel is highly recommended All the staff here are polite and professional The front desk staff Miley, Romaisa and kaouther are kind and helpful Narendra, the house keep on my floor did his work best Even the doormen took care of all the access The city also offers the best hospitality I will come back for sure Thank you so much for all your services and very kind hospitality 🙏

The hotel is alright, but the services could be a bit better. I’d rate the cleaning at 2 out of 5 because the tables had food leftovers that weren’t cleaned up properly, and there was even some hair on the bathroom floor.
