Enjoyed my stay. The hotel was within short walking distance to the metro with plenty of eateries nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit damp, but the front desk service was excellent. The lamb chops at the nearby Pak Pakistani restaurant were delicious! Parking is limited, so arrive early. There's also a restaurant downstairs.

This hotel is absolutely terrible, and they dare to call themselves a four-star establishment, what a joke! I booked for five nights initially but had to check out two days early due to an unexpected event. I hoped they could waive one night's charge, but the hotel refused, and I can't understand why. If I had booked day by day, wouldn't I have been able to cancel? If they didn't refund me for the nights I didn't stay, did they keep the room reserved for me? And if they rented out the room to other guests as a normal vacant room, then what exactly was the point of their refusal?

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are what made it fantastic—they were so helpful the whole time. The amenities are standard but everything was clean and in good order. The location worked well for me: you're sort of between the Marina and downtown. Each is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, which I preferred over figuring out the metro. A real highlight is the restaurant's terrace off the lobby—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Beautiful stay, very helpful and kind staff, breakfast buffet was 10/10 highly recommend. The Hotel also surprised me with a birthday cake gesture to my hotel room which was a unexpected and thoughtful touch

My stay at the hotel was not as comfortable as expected. The bed was not a real double bed, but rather two single beds placed next to each other, which made sleeping uncomfortable and unstable. Also, hot water in the bathroom was not available at all times, as it sometimes cut off, which caused inconvenience during showering.

The hotel is close to the Palm Island, but dar from „New Center“ of Dubai. The Metro Station is very close and very comfortable. The Hotel Self is very good. Very good Restaurant and the Breakfast make the start in the Day easy.
