The hotel is designed primarily for children. It is fascinating for them, and there are a lot of activities for kids. Food and services were good. overall the hotel very nice for the children.

The place is clean and the service is excellent. It's suitable for families and has a play area for children. The kids had a lot of fun.

This place was a mess. The lobby was small and crowded with people. The room felt like staying in a budget hotel converted from a factory, with the only upside being plenty of beds, good for families with many children. Breakfast felt like walking into a kindergarten buffet – mostly preschoolers grabbing food, and very few staff. The ice cream machine area was also chaotic. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free. It's all just 'photo trickery' (misleading photos).

As a mom whose Lego-loving son has visited Legolands all over the world, Legoland Hotel Dubai is perfect and offers incredible value for money. (Objectively, it's far superior to Shanghai Legoland). Upon check-in, we received two complimentary tickets to Legoland, which made my child incredibly excited. This was by far the best accommodation on our trip, second only to our desert hotel. A big thank you to Mr. Anees from the hotel staff for his help.

The stay was good and kids will enjoy definitly. The breakfast having mnay options to feed kids. The swimming pool inside the property is good. There is a theme patk access gor one noght stay. Kods can ride all these rides they will enjoy it.

Everything was amazing!

The hotel room rate includes tickets, and for each night you stay, you get access to one park. Legoland, Water Park, and Motiongate each have their unique charm, making it a children's paradise. My kids had an amazing time! Given the price, don't expect too much from the breakfast; it's certainly filling enough though.

LEGOLAND Hotel gets full marks for its attention to detail! It's definitely the top choice for visiting the park. Five stars, highly recommended! 👍👍👍 My kids absolutely loved the play area in the lobby, and the environment and service were excellent too!!!

We stayed at the Legoland Hotel with my husband and our two children, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, and our children absolutely loved the experience. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the food. While the menu appeared to offer a wide variety of options, many of the items listed were unfortunately not available during our stay, and the overall quality of the food did not fully meet our expectations. Aside from this, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience overall.

Extremely close to Legoland, just a 2-minute walk. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was tiny, but the kids had an absolute blast, and they even included tickets, which instantly made it great value for money!

YThe hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Roque, Hassan, and Ahmed. They were so helpful, bringing my luggage to the room when I arrived and assisting with it to the car when I checked out. If you need a toothbrush, just call reception, and they’re happy to help. You can also request a late checkout until 12 PM at the front desk. During breakfast, there was a really friendly Asian guy who came to collect the plates, and he was super nice, although I can't remember his name. Another staff member named Sandy, who managed ticketing, was very funny and made the experience even better. I really hope to stay in a room with a different theme next time!

All staff are friendly and accommodating and has good service, room are very nice and clean. Very nice food. I will recommend to relatives and friends.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. All the facilities were closed, so we couldn't enjoy anything. The bathroom towels were of really bad quality and desperately needed replacing. Plus, the shopping areas were very far away. And to top it off, the breakfast wasn't as varied as it should have been. Overall, it was a completely unsatisfactory experience.
