The hotel's location is strategic, close to the Burj Khalifa. The room was spacious and bright with a lake view. The reception staff were helpful and cheerful. However, the cleanliness needs more attention, and the hallway on the room floor also had an unpleasant smell, like cooking oil.

The water in the hotel was undrinkable; boiling it only left a lot of scale. We had to go out and buy our own water. The environment was quite nice, and breakfast was just okay, maybe we just weren't used to the food. Overall, it was still pretty good.

The room is located downtown, and even though it's in Business Bay, it's very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, just a short taxi ride away. The hotel's breakfast is also quite good.
