Kempinski the Boulevard Dubai

The location of Kempinski Boulevard Dubai is excellent—right in the heart of Downtown and very convenient for getting around. The staff are truly wonderful: friendly, professional, and consistently attentive. Service throughout the hotel was great, and cleanliness was also very well maintained. That said, the rooms feel quite dated and are in need of renovation. While they are clean, the furnishings and overall condition do not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel, especially given the price point. For what is being charged, the rooms should be more modern and better maintained. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with fantastic staff and location, but room upgrades would significantly improve the experience and better justify the 5-star rating.

-There was a cockroach walking on my neck under the bed cover while i was asleep in the middle of the night. -The cleanness of the furniture is bad and is overused. (They upgraded my room to a suite, but this will never solve the issue) -The A/c is difficult to control -The breakfast is bad and not tasty Do not ever think to book in this hotel

We spent two nights at Kempinski The Boulevard after our stay at Raffles The Palm, hoping to enjoy the vibrant downtown location close to the Burj Khalifa. The hotel indeed offers a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa from its pool area, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the pool with that stunning backdrop. However, our room experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. As a Titanium Discovery member, we were disappointed that booking through Trip.com led to a room facing the main road, resulting in significant noise from traffic. Additionally, the room amenities were insufficient for two guests, with only one teacup and one chair on the balcony, making it uncomfortable to relax together outside. The room temperature was also challenging to control, and it remained extremely cold despite adjustments, making for an uncomfortable night. The pillows were too soft and didn’t provide adequate support, which further impacted our comfort. Overall, while Kempinski The Boulevard has a great location and wonderful dining options, the room experience didn’t reflect the five-star standard we expected. In conclusion, while we appreciated the location and amenities like the pool and breakfast, we might not choose Kempinski The Boulevard again in the future.

The hotel is excellently located with internal connection to the Dubai Mall. You can also see burj khalifer in front of you at the swimmimg pool. Enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future
