The service staff were all very enthusiastic and the driver was also very nice. The hotel provided a dedicated vehicle to take you to kyma Beach. It was a wonderful experience

Amazing service. Butler and concierge service was personalised, quick and attentive. We can even communicate by WhatsApp which really helps when we are out of our room. We lost one of the delivery package and Zaw of concierge service, stayed past his work hour to help us locate the package.
There was a wide selection for breakfast and the presentation of the bread and pastries table look so nice.

The hotel is located next to the shopping mall with lots of other restaurants. There is a Michelin 3 Stars Indian restaurant just next to the hotel. The experience is amazing.

Nice room with nice view. Good location with Aura Pool right next to the hotel. Butler service was great. We had a really great time at St Regis. We will definitely return!

Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view.
Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water.
Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.
