The room was not given to me on time .. they gave me the room 4pm and there was a problem in the toilet and they dint have other room they maintains finished by 1am from 10pm the time I noticed the toilet and collect them immediately.

Amenities provided upon request, no bathtub in any room (as quoted by the front office staff) because it's just how the setup is. No sanitary bag, open wardrobe with no doors. No proper mirrors in room

The hotel was nıce clean and quiet whıch was good for my work space, the African lady ın the reception called Grettel was very pleasant and very frıendly whıch I lıked and will definitely come back

Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptionists are very friendly. Hot water and AC worked well.

we arrived late night and the receptionist in the night shift was not accommodating at all! we requested to have late checkout but rudely declined. we’ve been to the 3 kingsgate in al jaddaf and this is the worst. when reaching the room, TV screen sharing was not working, water from the shower when you on is everywhere, wifi was very slow.
