Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai

We arrived late at night but the reception is very helpful to re-arrange rooms that can see fireworks new year time. The breakfast is ok and surprised us with Thai fruits.

If one wants stay at the heart of Dubai, Kempanski Central will be your best bet.  It is a full services  hotel with a smile.

I stayed in Dubai for 12days, I have stayed in several hotels including Sofitel, LEGOLAND, Atlantics, Ritz Carlton and this hotel, this hotel is the worse one. We ordered through trip.com for a burj khalifa view , when we arrived, the reception lady persuaded us to add 3000AED to a bigger room, we rejected because we have paid all room fee in trip.com, the she gave me a room with a renovations smell, the smell made me headache and this kind of renovation smell is harmful, so I complained, I don’t understood whether if I don’t pay extra money to upgrade, they gave me this kind of smelly room. Finally, they changed our room but the view of burj khalifa is missing, I don’t argue with them, it’s so tired but I don’t think it’s a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience!

We enjoyed Dubai especially Kempinski Central Avenue Hotel.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back! I had an extremely disappointing stay at Kaminsky Hotel in Dubai, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, the staff was indifferent, and the overall experience was nothing short of frustrating. The check-in process was chaotic and took far longer than expected. The room was not ready despite my reservation, and when I finally got in, it was far from what was advertised—unclean, poorly maintained, and with several amenities either broken or missing. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and getting basic requests fulfilled felt like an uphill battle. The staff showed little to no concern for guest satisfaction. Any issues I raised were either ignored or met with dismissive responses. The level of customer service was shockingly poor for a hotel in Dubai, a city known for its hospitality. To top it all off, the noise levels were unbearable, and the hotel’s facilities were either overcrowded or not functioning properly. I left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
