The location is good The parking is free for guests but very limited space and very tiny Not clean and there is bad smell The hotel is nice but they need to care more about the cleanness There is no room services But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something. I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling

This is a decent hotel which deserves a 3.75 star rating. The location is great ... about 10 minutes to metro or bus station. The hotel is a little run down but adequate for most people's needs. All staff was very helpful and promptly attended to my needs. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

The facilities are outdated, there's hardly any front desk service, the rooms aren't soundproof, and the Wi-Fi is terrible. This is a really bad hotel near Basha, not recommended.
