Hi good evening I am just checking

In my opinion, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I saw cockroaches flying everywhere.🤯🤬🤬

I booked room at Hafez Hotel and apartment for n what they said on trip.com, but was totally dirty and bad smelling, you can see in photos, my kids got bad allergy from that, so I cancelled before Time started, you didn’t refund me.

The place is good, it is easy to go every where. The washroom doesn't work well.service is normal.

Bad service , bad room service, no towels provided

I had very bad experience with this hotel the toilets are not clean

The hotel location is somehow good but the hotel is not so clean.

Location is in the proper place all good restaurant's and family shops are very near also it is only walking distance from Al Riga Matro train station.

Not clean for 3 stars, insects in the room

this is very good experience & best hotel in Deira Dubai. Food was Excellent , Staff is friendly , Lobby is gud. I already recommended to other people to visit this hotel in future. i really enjoy this hotel food & swimming pool of the hotel.

The staff is friendly but some renovations must be done to meet the best practices.
