We booked a room for two adults and one kid. What they offered had two small one person bed! It didn’t look clean at all. The sheets, the towels, even the floor! The blanket had no sheet (see photos) meaning they have been directly touched by all guests. So we slept without blanket and due to central cooling what which on even on winter, we had a very hard night and I had to buy blanket next day Also, we couldn’t take the bath as water was not warm at all. The only thing trip.com could do was to offer some coins!!! It really ruined our vacation My suggestion: if you have no better option, buy a tent a sleep in the park and if would feel surely better. At least you know it is clean

This is not a hotel,it's a **** hole you can sleep，🪳is there,only have blanket you can use to sleep,this about the safety of blanket,is that even clean?actually i booked 5 days ,and totally nightmare,i wear clothes to sleep on the bed everyday,i will never ever book this **** hotel again

We spent one night at this hotel and won't be returning. There are three nightclubs in the hotel, and the music plays until 3 AM. The room was small, the walls were painted with oil paint, and there was no electric kettle. The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the vent grille on the ceiling wasn't adjustable, so it blew directly onto the beds all night. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The biggest advantage is its proximity to Union Metro Station, which is very convenient. There are also shopping malls and retail stores nearby to explore. If you don't have high expectations for hotel facilities and are looking for good value for money, this place is highly recommended. It's perfect for solo travelers who want a relaxed and casual experience. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Good location and clean ok service

When I reached the hotel, the front desk took time to find my booking name, and there's no even drinking water inside the room. The AC was centralized. You can't switch off if you don't like to use it.

Nice stuff . Try have allowed to check in early which was very kind . I was very tired so without any problems they checked me in few hours earlier . May god bless them .

HOTEL is ok, but they should provide clean bedsheets for new guests, had towels, and soap, AC is good. Be careful to check all the belongings before check-in and checkouts. They asked us for the TV remote, but when we checked in, it was already missing. Didn't have much trouble, though. I didn't take a photo so the photo is not from hotel.

They’re service isn’t good when we checkout our room this hotel staff check our room and he said he didn’t get 1 towel and then again we go room and he get this it’s really embracing moment for us. I think they need to improve they’re service.

Reasonable price, nearby many restaurants. UNION metro station is about 8 minutes walk.
