Crowne Plaza DUBAI JUMEIRAH by IHG

It is one of the most beautiful places to stay at it. Everything is ok for me. Almost Close to everything.

I never thought the IHG hotel service could be this much bad , we understand the situation right now but after booking confirmation cancel the book and telling that “We are fully booked “ (actually not even 40% rooms booked )just for make high price is a cheating , and once we booked throw Trip.com they don’t add this to our “IHG 1 rewards “ they said it’s not a standard booking . I think Trip.com should address this issue seriously

The hotel located in Jumaira, I like there hospitality and the room was tidy and comfortable, staff were friendly thank you Only their coffee in the rooms were not good and in the restaurant the coffee machine were not easy to deal with and we didn’t get a morning coffee as usual that’s were annoying, other thing the smell of smoking despite that we asked for non smoking room but the corridor and the room next to our room were for smoking as the smell of smoking was very strong

The staff are good and everything is good, and the location is close to the airport.

It was so dirty They will not change towels daily and they will put same towels We requested for cleaning and water and and they didn’t bring Washroom it was dirty

Professional hospitality, great service, the room is quite clean, with tub in place. Wish the pool can open earlier other than 9am.

It was very nice the staff was very pleasant and the hotel in general was very good
