The hotel area has convenient transportation, the service is considerate, parking is convenient, the hotel facilities are relatively new, you can communicate in English, the sanitary environment is very good, relatively quiet, and the price is reasonable

This stay doesn’t even deserve 1 star Most horrible infested with cockroaches in the room /hall/bathtoom/kitchen and refrigerator On confrontation with manager he says nothing can be done as “cockroaches go hiding in winter and come out in summer due to heat” no service no towels worst place to stay I sujjest plz look at other options in same pricing around this area Suddenly in the middle a fire alarm Went off for 10 minutes and no one from the reception had courtesy to inform that it was a false alarm…also being pet friendly be ready to hear barking sounds from other rooms around you as we did. Overall this property doesn’t deserve to exist in dubai

Staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and that shows. I do think they have a problem with fridge however its fixed by maintenance.Great view on the balcony side as we stayed in 27th floor. Overall great stay. TV is great. many foreign channels, Dutch, German, English etc. Everything in the area, Supermarket, restaurants etc

Very nice arrangement made by Holiday Homes with other arrangements at reasonable rates for my birthday surprise with my girlfriend. The staff assisted us in planning the surprise and very accommodating. Overall a very good family time was enjoyed by all of us !

I was staying in 2702b and i have my husband birthday so i was little bit confuse about my decoration in room. I have asked the reception team for help and they have these package on additional charge. they did an awesome decoration in room, it was nice to do decoration with them. thanks alot to Frontdesk and housekeeping staff for making my and my husband day! really appreciated❤️

It's was just an amazing Holiday with Holiday Home,starting from front desk and house keeping. All was excellent. Room was special is, , lawn is dashing Special thanks to all the HOSTS for making our holiday very very special. I loved every moment and will highly recommend this hotel for best vacation.

General experience was great but I specially like to high light the dedication and great effort shown by Aileen at the desk , who was polite, patient and made a great effort to help me find a package that I ordered on line, which was expensive and important to me. Thank you , !!

We had some incident, what made me so happy 😁 with tears 😭 We left AirPods Pro,and it was found and given back to us🤩😍thank u 🙏
