This was my first time staying at the hotel and how glad am I that I did. Absolutely amazing hotel, staff and location. It is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in Dubai. I hope I have the pleasure of staying here again.

This is the worst hotel I ever been in my life!!!
Pool service are horrible . Reception guy was rude and upset. Breakfast there is not much selection. This is ridiculous. None of my family they like it.. water pressure is very, very slow. we had to fight with the pool guy. I told him I’m going to the bathroom for 10 minutes. He said if you go over 10 minutes, we’re gonna take your stuff out, this is not five star hotel, maybe two star .

Room smelt of damp and wasn’t the cleanest and I made reception aware of this but they did nothing but spray some air freshener. Good breakfast, friendly staff.
