Nice view and nice hotel good for relax very good service I love it

We booked four rooms, which was perfect for our large family! The rooms were incredibly spacious. It even came with a pool, so we could swim right in the yard. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely, just as pictured. They provided plenty of welcome fruits, desserts, and drinks! There are tons of clubs along the beach that stay open late, making it ideal for a vacation!

My silver status name tag of Cathay Pacific was removed by staff and gone missing after check in and left luggage on the side. Very upset. Otherwise service is efficient.

Very good I will back again

It was one of the worst experiences ever in my life. The cleanliness is very poor, there are no good services at all, and there are many insects and rodents. I made many complaints while I was at the hotel, but I found no benefit, and their answer was always that this situation is very normal. But for me and my friends it was the worst ever, and a friend left the hotel two days before the end of the quarantine period because he couldn't stand it. The situation was very disgusting.

Everything was good, but I received email from Trip.com. That my reservation was upgraded to half board and when I went to the hotel they didn’t give me the upgrade. If you can’t keep the promise don’t not give the upgrade

Upon arrival, I had to wait for approximately two hours before being able to access my room, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I found that the overall environment of the hotel was not suitable for families and appeared to cater to an inappropriate clientele. Furthermore, many essential amenities were not available in the room, and the overall quality does not reflect a 5-star standard as advertised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly.

Check out was triable , guests frustrated and shouting to stuff , parking is too busy can’t get my car before 20 min of my request
