Efficient and helpful staff at the checkin counter as well at the entrance desk. Concierge area is so beautifully decorated and looks warm and cozy. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance to the bus stops of Dublin Express. Right in the city centre, walking distance to the river and plenty of food choices. The horse carriages often pass by the road in front of the hotel. If I ever visit Dublin again, I will book this hotel again.

we had a night away from kids and decided to stay here as it was good price Really nice Inn..very modern and clean, location is spot on..our room was very compact, but clean..downside is the NOISE! Once I seen wooden floors I knew it'd be noisy..cleaners were hoovering the room above us very early,must have been 7am and it was like they were in our room! Then they knocked on our room at 8:30 for room service.(forgot to leave thingy in door).no chance of a lie in,you could hear them going room to room then😔

Perfect location! Located at the start of Temple Bar Street, the hotel is in the peace and quiet of the pubs! The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

The location, service, breakfast, and room are all highly recommended Next door is tesco, you can also buy water But the cleaning staff will make noise at 7 o'clock, and breakfast is 7-11 o'clock

Breakfast was a positive surprise! Great quality. It's not a buffet, but menu orders, but everything is great and without imposing limits. Comfortable, but can be noisy due to the location. It was fine for us, no major inconveniences at night.
