Rooms do not looks like anything in the pictures, floor are uneven and room are outdated , the staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel's location is fantastic, offering convenient access to public transport and being very close to the city center. It's perfect for shopping, with numerous restaurants and dining options right on its doorstep. My only drawback is that the hotel feels a bit dated and lacks an elevator, which made moving large luggage quite inconvenient.

The room was a loft with low ceilings and a spring mattress, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Past guests clothes left in wardrobe, kettle was left half full when we got to the room and shower was very low in pressure, location was very good.

Mattress was poor condition. Didn't realise it was above a night club and right next to a busy road . Decided to move as there was people drinking and shouting outside the windows

All in all it was a good stay. Only complaint is there was no lift access to the reception for the steep steps. It was quite bothersome having to go up with suitcases.

The room was good, clean and tidy. The location and the outer front of the hotel is extremely dodgy. The guy at the reception is extremely extremely weird and literally of no help. Just had 2 answers to every question of concern, "we don't have it here", "I don't know".

Booked for Saturday gig late Friday evening the band had logistics problems due to the weather alert. Suprise suprise less than helpful reception. The room is big enough for 2 people, which is good among European budget hotels. It is clean, and the room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. I am very satisfied. The location is very good, 300 meters away from the Dublin Spire, 180 meters away from the airport bus, and there are buses and light rail nearby, as well as many Chinese supermarkets. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. I am not fluent in English, and they are very patient to answer questions. When I left and arrived at the airport, I found that my newly bought bracelet was left in the hotel. I immediately communicated by phone and email. The hotel responded promptly, found my bracelet and kept it properly. I feel so relieved and happy.
