It is a small town in GA, the facility is newer than I thought, service is good and the lady in front desk is friendly. But in the room I can hear step on the up floor which woke me up in the next morning, just this one thing not very good.

Truly the most comfortable bed and pillows. Brand new mattress. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Kris and Lucy at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room was a “little tired” showing wear. But not a concern. Truly an excellent value. Had everything we were looking for - clean, comfortable, safe and quiet place for a night on our road trip.

This is a good holiday inn hotel for business hotels. I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on business trips. Thank you for your great service when staying.

Excellent location near Interstate for a night stop. Well equipped rooms with office table and chair and a 2-seat settee made this seem slightly larger than a standard motel room. Breakfast was a very good self cooked waffle but nothing else was on offer apart from cereal. More variety would have been nice.

Overall, the stay was decent and there were some frustrations to say the least. Let's start with the positives. The hotel in convenient to I-16 which was a bonus and convenient to various food options within a short drive. My room started off quiet and appeared to be clean which are always two must have items for a frequent traveler. The quiet element faded on my second evening when the air conditioning started making a squeaking noise. I dealt with this for 20 minutes or so hoping the noise would fade. As the noise continuously got louder I finally had to turn off the air to not hear the annoying squeaking noise any longer. This was not completely terrible but when it's 89 degrees outside not optimal (sarcasm). The breakfast does not start until 7:00 which is bit frustrating for business travelers as most business guests depart the hotel prior to 7:00 am in my experience. Additionally, when simply asking the morning staff member a question regarding the location of utensils she seemed as though I was not worthy to speak to her person. My overall impression of the individual was drama and attitude. We all have bad days and I get that element, but in a hospitality industry compiled with the digital age this personification of drama and attitude is not acceptable. With that said, all other staff members seemed to have a great attitude for the most part when speaking to them in person. Lastly, on the positive side, the hotel wifi seems to work well for streaming. As a business guest with virtual meeting occurring regularly hotel wifi is always an important variable for my business. The biggest issue for during my stay was someone else's body hair was in the shower (nasty). When I called down to the front desk to address the concern the staff member seemed to be almost dismiss my concern. I did not receive an offer to change rooms or even an apology for the unhygienic variable. As I pressed the staff member to address the concern the staff member stated they would advise housekeeping and management of the issue. I am sorry to be negative, but as a guest who stays in Marriott properties over 75 nights a year this is not the standard experience. The hotel is marketed as one of the newest hotels in Dublin; however, it might be the next closed hotel in the area soon if changes are not made by management soon.
