I stayed in this hotel for three days and I am very satisfied. The hotel is new and very modern. The rooms are large and spacious. The food is excellent, they served good variety for breakfast (the only minus is that there is no toaster or toasted bread). The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The negative things I have to point out are that the hotel is very far from the city, it is impossible to get to the city center without a car. The parking lot in front of the hotel is very small, if there is an event in the hotel it is impossible to find a parking space. The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything from the corridor - who is talking and what is being said. We had dinner arranged for us (HB), but they only offer one kind of dinner, there is no choice for guests. I would recommend having at least three different choices for dinner for guests to choose from. All in all I would recommend it!

Hotel molto bello, con un ottimo ristorante interno (abbiamo anche pranzato). Stanze ampie, pulite e confortevoli. Servizio di buon livello. Colazione migliorabile, non moltissima scelta soprattutto sulla parte dolce. Ad ogni modo è un hotel di ottimo livello.

Das Hotel Salis muss an der Professionalität noch Arbeiten. Das Personal muss noch sehr viel lernen. Da ist noch sehr viel Arbeit zu erledigen. Im Hotel Management ist Bosnien in der untersten Liga,mit der Profi Liga wird es so nichts. Ich liebe das Land aber in Sachen Bildung ist es noch sehr weit entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich aber lustlos.Man sieht keine Motivation in den Gesichtern der Mitarbeiter oder geschweige mal ein Lächeln. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Mehr als Kaffee trinken war für mich nicht drinnen,nur ekelhaft. Das Rauchen ist eine große Mode im Land aber für Nichtraucher dagegen ein Albtraum. Sind die Zimmer zufriedenstellend? Ja definitiv aber die Putzfrauen dagegen die für die Sauberkeit verantwortlich sind sehr ungenügend. Ich würde es empfehlen aber es muss an sich arbeiten. Ohne Fleiß kein Preis. Ich würde normalerweise Zwei Sterne geben aber da ich dass Land liebe,bin ich noch großzügig und gebe eine 3- mit einem Fragezeichen. Ein Land das von Drei Präsidenten regiert wird,kann sich nicht weiterentwickeln. Die Entwicklung im Land ist noch sehr weit entfernt Naja,dann mal viel Glück.
