The room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was fantastic. It’s within 5min walk to the Old Town and it’s so convenient. It’s also a short drive away from the city area. Breakfast selection was good. Love this hotel.

Nice service as expected from a 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast with terrace seat available. The only downside is that the pool is in the basement floor with dim lighting.

We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hilton. Dubrovnik. Location great very near the Pila gate, to enter the old town. The room was big, clean and added bonus it has a balcony to chill out. Breakfast was lavish and served on the terrace which was bright and lovely trees surrounding it. Fantastic staff too. Great indoor pool and sauna and steam room.

The location is excellent, and it only takes 4 or 5 minutes to walk to the old town. It is especially suitable for people who don't have much time to stay in Ducheng. The hotel is beautiful inside, with high-rise buildings, classical style, and grand atmosphere. The details are very beautiful. The breakfast is perfect, recommended!

We arrived at the ancient city at around 12 noon. The hotel is right at the entrance of the ancient city. The front desk allowed us to check in early. It was super convenient to enter and exit the ancient city. Breakfast was on the underground first floor. The waiters were very polite and enthusiastic.

Compared with 5,000 or 6,000 yuan a night in the peak season, it is really a calculation. And it only takes five minutes to walk to the ancient city. When you are tired, go back to the hotel and have a rest before entering the ancient city. The breakfast is rich. In addition to buffets, you can also order different types of eggs. The dinner is also very delicious. The price is not much more expensive than outside, but the quality is very high. The service level is already good in Europe, but of course the service quality cannot be compared with that in the Mainland. There is also an indoor swimming pool and gym. I booked this hotel because I thought it was close to the old town and convenient, but I regret not choosing a hotel in the old town. Of course, it's a Hilton, so it's nice, but at breakfast, I was seated near other Asians, probably because I'm Asian, and I felt like I was being discriminated against.

I booked one night and two nights respectively, and stayed in this hotel for three nights in total. The room of 5-6 thousand RMB per night feels a bit expensive. Although the view of the sea view room in the old city center is OK, the female receptionist I first met was a bit cold. The elevator from the restaurant to the room cannot go directly, and you have to go around and walk up a few short stairs. It's a bit inconvenient. Overall it's good, but I feel that the cost performance is not high.

The hotel has a very good location and good facilities. However, an unhappy incident occurred during our stay (and I think the hotel did not handle it properly). On the first day, about 20 minutes after we checked in, a hotel staff member suddenly knocked on the door and then opened the door and came in... (Imagine if you were taking a shower or changing clothes) I think this matter is very serious. Later, we immediately told the front desk and emphasized it again when we checked out, but the hotel did not handle it except saying sorry.
