The host owns two villas, each with about 10 rooms. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. You can see the old town and the harbor. The only downside is the approximately one-kilometer walk from the old town and the harbor to the hotel. My goodness, the stairs are incredibly steep and require a bit of stamina. I stayed there for two days, and I was exhausted every time I walked back from the attractions to the hotel. It's true. Otherwise, there are no negatives.

The hotel (farmhouse) is halfway up the mountain, basically the highest point where people live. The advantage is that you can overlook the city of Ducheng when you open the window, and you don’t have to take the cable car up the mountain. A Clean, Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views – I’ll Be Back!
I had a wonderful stay at Room Raic in Dubrovnik! The place was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The patio offered breathtaking views of the Old Town, which made every morning and evening feel magical.
The small convenience store called Studenac nearby was super helpful for picking up essentials, and the shared kitchen really saved us a lot of time and money—we could easily prepare our own meals, which was a huge plus.
The lady who owns the place might look a bit serious at first, but she’s actually very kind and accommodating. I really appreciated her help during our stay.
The only challenge was the steep stairs down to the beaches and Old Town—they can be a bit tough, especially on the way back up. But you can take the side roads instead, which are much easier on the legs.
Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning views.
