Bad experience. Location is just besides Duisberg HBF but other than that staff is rude. For 5 days of our stay they just cleaned one day even after asking many times . The balcony was full of mess staff never talked politely they were normally rude or may be because something else . Even the Bedsheets weren’t changed floor was always dirty even tha bathroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay they just changed the towels that’s it nothing else .

"I stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location—right next to McDonald's, shops, and the Hauptbahnhof (HBF), making it super convenient. However, I was disappointed with the bed setup. I booked a double bed, but it turned out to be two singles pushed together. This made it uncomfortable, and I even rolled over and fell out during the night. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it affected the overall comfort of my stay. Otherwise, it’s a great place for its location."

Staff at check-in was not friendly.

I didn't want to change it for the weekend because I had to take the train here on Monday, so I stayed one more night. It is very convenient to the train station. There is a big square in front, with many blacks or Turks. I was a little worried about the danger, but the front desk said it was safe.

The room was average, but the location was convenient. The front desk was Turkish and didn't speak good English. And because of the pricing issue on Cyril, they asked me for the price difference, but I didn't give it to them, but the communication was very troublesome. Not a good experience
