This hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside a snack street and just a few hundred meters from Nanqiao, accessible by walking through the snack street. It's incredibly convenient for viewing the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon at night. From the hotel's observation deck, you can see Yulei Pavilion, and it's also a short distance to Yangtianwo Plaza for taking photos with the giant pandas. The room itself is very large, spacious, and spotlessly clean, featuring full smart home controls. The view from the window is fantastic, and you can even catch a glimpse of the 'Blue Tears' from your room at night.

Traveling with my elderly parents and child, everyone was very satisfied. We immediately canceled our previous booking and extended our stay here for another night. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and the front desk staff was particularly lovely. The room was clean, hygienic, and spacious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend! 👍

The hotel is really well-equipped, and it's clean and tidy. The environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the service attitude is great! It was a very pleasant stay.

This is one of the best boutique hotels I've seen in recent years, and both my wife and kids were quite happy with it. Here are some of the good points: 1. The overall decor is very new and stylish. The twin beds are exceptionally wide, easily accommodating our family of four. 2. On the third floor, there are three courtyards – one large and two smaller ones – which are very pleasant to sit in during the evening. 3. The TV is large, and the kids were happy watching videos on it. 4. The staff were very patient. There was a chatty guest in front of us asking for directions, and the staff member patiently helped her for a long time. 5. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street and very close to tourist attractions. To be objective, there are a couple of issues: 1. The elevator floor is a bit damaged and needs to be replaced. 2. The breakfast area is quite small. I think they could extend it by putting up a canopy over the empty space outside to create more dining room.

The room was very spacious, and my family and I had a great time. The hygiene was excellent. On the 3rd floor, there's a beautiful garden with a small attic, offering stunning views and a panoramic landscape. On the second floor, laundry and drying services are free. The only thing I think could be improved is the breakfast. The selection wasn't extensive, but it was still acceptable.

Cloud Hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of the ancient city on Xingfu Road. It's just a few minutes' walk to Nanqiao Bridge and the Dujiangyan scenic area, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Dujiang Night Feast. The rooms are spotless and tidy, equipped with smart home devices throughout, and the King Koil mattress ensures a very comfortable sleep. The soundproofed windows effectively block out street noise. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of local eateries. For those driving, there's free parking available. Given the price, it offers excellent value for money. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Dujiangyan!

I booked a slightly more expensive room type (twin beds with a small balcony), thinking it would be better in all aspects, but I was very disappointed. 1. Location: The room is right above a pedestrian street, which is very noisy. Even with the windows fully closed, it didn't help. Plus, it's directly opposite a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea store that plays promotional songs constantly until 10 PM. See picture one. 2. Room Type: The bathroom design in this room is completely illogical. After you shower and step out, naked, you're directly face-to-face with your companion lying in bed watching TV. It's really awkward. (I don't know if other room types are like this.) Anyway, the designer clearly wasn't thinking. See picture two. Also, the window next to the bathroom has no curtain, so it gets incredibly bright in the morning. The photo was taken at 6 AM, see picture two. Furthermore, the so-called balcony advertised is small and cramped, offering no view – you can only look up at the sky. 3. Service: It's terrible! There's no mini-fridge! People traveling in the summer should seriously reconsider. And the electric kettle was broken, full of cold water (likely left by the previous guest). The cleaning staff was very perfunctory. Seeing that we were staying for two days, they didn't replenish the tissues and didn't even want to take out the regular trash. Ugh, I'll be polite and grudgingly give it a 4-star rating.

For the same price, the accommodation conditions vary wildly between this place and the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. This is hands down the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Even though it's located in a scenic area, the hygiene is absolutely subpar. I wouldn't recommend staying here during the off-season. We had our family with us and didn't want the hassle of moving, otherwise, we would have seriously considered leaving. The reviews I read before were completely misleading. The fried dough sticks at breakfast were so hard they were inedible. 😓 Cleanliness: Poor
