I felt very comfortable from the moment I checked in. The service was excellent and attentive. The hotel environment was also decent and quiet, allowing me to sleep very well. The surrounding facilities were complete, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hot water in the room was very convenient, no waiting needed, always available. The hygiene was great, with all disposable toiletries and individually packaged bath towels, which made me feel very secure. The bedding was also very clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk even thoughtfully prepared fruit and offered free bottled water, which was a very thoughtful touch. While I don't mind paying for a few bottles of water, it made the experience feel very warm and welcoming.

The price is very affordable, and the facilities are commensurate with the price. The front desk service was excellent, and there's a delicious breakfast place right across the street downstairs.

Ctrip made false advertising, clearly stating that breakfast was included, but when I asked the front desk, there wasn't even a restaurant, and when I checked out in the morning, the front desk wasn't there either, and I spent a long time looking for a restaurant.
